Office Policies

 

  • 24 hours’ notice is required for changes or canceled appointments. A $50 charge will be applied to appointments changed/canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice.
  • When you arrive for your appointment, please ring the doorbell for entry. Keeping the main door locked helps with physical distancing measures and patient/visitor traffic flow.
  • Updated July 31, 2023: All patients will be screened for signs and symptoms of infectious disease (including, but not limited to, COVID-19).
  • Wet/soiled footwear, due to rain or snow, must be removed to keep floors dry and preserve the integrity of our original wood flooring. Shoe covers are provided as an alternate option. Due to health and safety, no bare feet are allowed in the office.
